Gluten Free Peach Cobbler

Easy Gluten Free Peach Cobbler Preheat oven 375 8 large peaches cut 1 c sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon vanilla For the crust I used Betty Crocker Gluten Free Bisquick and it worked like a charm. 1 c. GF Bisquick 1 c. milk dash of nutmeg 1/2 c butter melted Combine all the ingredients until blended In a 8x8 pan layer the peaches first followed by spoonfuls of batter. Cook for about 40-50 min or until golden.
